Transformational Leadership for Africa (TLA) is a signature leadership summit for top executives and leaders in public and private sectors to drive innovative leadership across all levels in the country. It is a novel idea to unite top executives in governance, policymaking, business & entrepreneurship, industries, and NGOs from the 24 Anglophone countries across Africa to participate in a one-week immersive learning journey and share thoughts on transformational leadership at all organizational levels in Africa. Besides the learning experience, TLA serves as a peak setting for leaders to connect, network, and get rewarded for the work they have done so far.
