The Transformational Leadership for Africa (TLA) Summit is a prestigious gathering designed to empower and celebrate visionary leaders driving positive change across the African continent.
Hosted by the London Bridge Business School (LBBS-UK) in strategic partnership with World Institute for Gender Studies WIGS, the Africa Institute of Public Administration (AIPA), and other esteemed learning partners like the Leading Edge Business School LEBS, and Global Executive Education Systems.
The summit brings together high-level executives, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders to explore practical strategies for sustainable leadership and development in Africa.
We can no longer be pleased with the status quo. We have to rise to build on the legacy of our founding fathers and their vision for development. In the words of Kwame Nkrumah, “The forces that unite us are intrinsic and greater than the superimposed influences that keep us apart.” We can no longer allow our differences to tear us apart; instead, we can weave a beautiful tapestry of development from the diverse colours of our continent.
Join us at Transformational Leadership for Africa, a quarterly summit for top executives in governance, policymaking, business & entrepreneurship, NGOs and other industries from the 24 Anglophone countries across Africa to participate in a one-week immersive learning journey and share thoughts on transformational leadership at all organisational levels in Africa.
TLA also serves as a peak setting for leaders to connect, network, and get rewarded for the work they have done so far.
