TLA also serves as a peak setting for leaders to connect

Dear African Leader, More than ever, the time has come for every leader to unite and work together to drive transformation at all levels in our beloved continent because "Africa is one continent, one people and one nation." (Kwame Nkrumah) Those who will transform Africa are her sons and daughters, who share the pain of her troubles and bear the burden of her vision.

We can no longer be pleased with the status quo. We have to rise to build on the legacy of our founding fathers and their vision for development. In the words of Kwame Nkrumah, “The forces that unite us are intrinsic and greater than the superimposed influences that keep us apart.” We can no longer allow our differences to tear us apart; instead, we can weave a beautiful tapestry of development from the diverse colours of our continent.

Inspire a new future for Africa that truly works

Our children may learn about the heroes of the past. Our task is to make ourselves the architects of the future (Jomo Kenyatta). Dear African leader, you are the architect of the African future, and together with other architects, you will make Africa the biggest economy in the world.

Join us at Transformational Leadership for Africa, a quarterly summit for top executives in governance, policymaking, business & entrepreneurship, NGOs and other industries from the 24 Anglophone countries across Africa to participate in a one-week immersive learning journey and share thoughts on transformational leadership at all organisational levels in Africa.

TLA also serves as a peak setting for leaders to connect, network, and get rewarded for the work they have done so far.

African Leaders Speak

Knowledge is power. Information is liberating. Education is the premise of progress, in every society, in every family.

Kofi Annan Former UN Secretary-General

I was not a Messiah, but an ordinary man who had become a leader because of extraordinary circumstances.

Nelson Mandela Former President of South Africa

The seeds of success in every nation on Earth are best planted in women and children.

Joyce Banda Former President of Malawi

Our children may learn about the heroes of the past. Our task is to make ourselves architects of the future

Jomo Kenyatta Former President of Kenya

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time.

Barack Obama 44th U.S. President

In these days of rapid communications, we cannot live in isolation, apart from the rest of the world, even if we wished to do so. All too soon it has become evident that for us, independence implies a great deal more than self-government.

Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe Former President of Nigeria

Africa must revert to what it was before the imperialists divided it. These are artificial divisions which we, in our pan-African concept, will seek to remove.

Robert Mugabe Former President of Zimbabwe

Third World is a state of the mind and until we change our attitude as Africans, if there is a fourth, fifth and even sixth world, we will be in it.
